My Global client based in Watford need a fluent, Bilingual English/German speaking and writing Administrator to manage service contracts, produce reports and manage the client database. Training will be given, £25-28Kpa, Hybrid working, 1 year FTC to Perm. Excellent opportunity!!!
Key Responsibilities
* Administration and Reporting
o Prepare reports in a timely and proactive manner to assist in business planning
o Monitoring of customer's production and preparation of reports
o Setting up and maintenance of customer's allotment
o Negotiation with customers about overconsumption
* Service contracts Maintenance and billing
o Preparation, implementation, and cancellation of service contracts
o Review and update existing contracts
o Ensure all contracts are on the database
o Monthly Service Contract invoicing on the agreed deadlines
o Ensure all service Time & Material service invoicing is completed on time
o Update customers' equipment database
o Notifying customers about service fee changes and update the system accordingly
o Resolving outstanding service invoices queries
