- Responsible for new development projects in the warehouse facility such as development of the canteen area and the green area
- Finding, developing, and maintaining effective coordination with new and existing vendors for facility management.
- Negotiate, analyze and finalize the commercial proposals received from various vendors on an ongoing basis.
- Safeguard warehouse operations and content by establishing and maintaining security procedure and protocols.
- Maintaining and ensuring health, safety, cleanliness of the work environment and developing SOP for the same.
- Manage and report the day-to-day affairs related with the manpower contractors.
