Job Description
Position Summary:
- General administrative and organizational support to GD. Assistance in opening a new company unit, organization of the office, interaction with local suppliers and authorities.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provide support to GD (administrative processes, business trips, country management meetings, review meetings with business units, organization and participation of presentations, events, meetings and follow up.
- Interaction with the Company departments and task allocation. Being a connecting link between the Company leadership and internal / external partners.
- Support for innovation projects in close cooperation with business units, Other ad hoc support for Business teams in Kazakhstan / or business heads in EU.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Good written and spoken English. German helpful
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Managing the own way, disciplined, creative, initiative

- High quality level of communication (transferring Information with clarity and timeliness. ability to write clearly and effectively in a variety of settings and styles).
