Administrative Assistant - on site Cluj Napoca
We are looking for the right person to join the administrative department and the team from Cluj within a multinational company that operates in the field of distribution of chemical raw materials. We expect to find the right person: seriousness, initiative, attention to detail and team spirit.
The main attributions will be:
Taking over, preparing and sending the correspondence, maintaining the connection with the accounting department, with the company's partners as well as with the providers of postal and courier services;
Organizing and archiving documents specific to a distribution company.
Primary accounting tasks such as: statements, invoicing and tracking of receipts, various payments to service providers or papermakers, etc .;
Front office activities such as receiving visitors, receiving and sending messages, or other protocol activities.
The skills needed to successfully complete the above tasks include:
•Higher education;
• Knowledge of using the MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of English - written and spoken;
• Ability to communicate, plan and prioritize;
• Ability to work in a team, desire for continuous development, honesty and positive attitude;
• Knowledge of primary accounting is a plus
In the daily activity, specific software will be used for which on-the-job training will be provided.
