Responsibilities:
- Travel Desk – coordinating & arranging the employees for their visa, air ticket, travel documents & renewals
- Managing service providers’ contracts.
- Application for new phone lines, and local phone line directory.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques for office & Staff Accommodation.
- Monitor Supply Sources and Negotiate rates for Stationary items
- like paper, toners, office materials etc.
- Monitor monthly MIS on the different purchases made or annual maintenance contracts negotiated, highlighting areas of savings and the areas of concerns in case of exceeding the monthly budget.
- Bring to the notice of the functional / department head in case of any incremental growth in the purchases made by that department.
- Ensure timely payments of services used from external clients.
- Coordination with the local vendor for any hardware related issues.
- Renew contracts with local vendors for maintenance Hardware / networking.
- Leave & Attendance maintenance for all employees of the entity and coordinating with identified India HR Coordinators for attendance of seconded employees.
- Travel Desk requirements for employees from overseas office employees visiting Dubai which includes air bookings, visa applications, Hotel Bookings & any other assistance require to complete the task.
- Vehicle registration & Insurance renewal.
- Renewal of Health insurance for Employee's & Al Barari Staff
- Vehicle registration & Insurance renewal.
- Assisting in employee Medical Reimbursement.
- Maintaining records of employee documents, office documents & Agreements.
- Plan events for office staff.
Educational Qualification
