Based in Uxbridge Town Centre
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
This role will be the Administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants and will play a pivotal role within the company.
Duties include:
- Formatting CV's
- Updating the System
- Answering incoming calls
- Completing Compliance checks
- Running Reports
- Managing Social Media Channels and marketing activity
Requirements for the role:
- Excellent English Written & Verbal
- Minimum 1 year Administration experience
- Competent on MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Previous experience managing Social Media Channels
- Warm & Friendly personality
- A can do attitude
