Job Description
My client based in Watford are looking for a German speaking Administrator to join their Contracts team. This is a varied role paying £23-24Kpa great for a German Bi Lingual candidate with admin and Excel experience. Office based.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Contracts administration as follows
- Prepare sales contracts
- Review and update existing contracts
- Ensure contract approval process is followed
- Generate reports on the current status of existing agreements
- Ensure all relevant documents are archived
- Contracts maintenance as follows
- Confirmation of contacts
- Termination of contracts
- Resolving outstanding queries
- Link with sales-order SOC
- Communication with Credit & Sales
- Ensure all documents are archived and retrievable
- Data base maintenance
- Ensure all contracts are on the database
- Help ensure contract approval process is adhered to and relevant approvals captured
- Review expiry dates for renewal
- All customer communication & query resolution
- Prepare reports in a timely and proactive manner to assist in business planning
