My client based in Park Royal are an international removals company and they require an Administrator with Excel to join their Operations Team. Working 9.00 - 6.00 Monday to Friday, £22-24Kpa.
ROLE:-
- Answer incoming calls, promptly assisting with queries.
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Maintain attendance records and monitor employee absence
- Process and manage monthly reporting ready for analysis
- Book in new jobs to the diary and administer orders
- Book overnight accommodation for road crews
- Provide sub contractors and suppliers with PO Numbers and reconcile with invoices
- Generate worksheets for the road crew and provide paperwork
A varied role that would suit an experienced administrator that is able to use Excel and has a good telephone manner.
