My client in Watford are recruiting for an experienced administrator with good Excel to manage the master data for their European clients. This is initially a 12 month contract that may go permanent. Another European language and SAP experience would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the pricing and rebate master data and the maintenance and clean up of this data.
- Work with the Data Management Organization to ensure that the correct customer master data is maintained at all times.
- Work with Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure trouble free implementation of new products, promotions and prices.
- Monitor order management activities and provide metrics and feedback on performance (e.g. Credits and adjustments, claims etc).
- Work with key operational contacts in all areas to facilitate the above.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Problem solving skills, logical thinking and numeracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A pro-active and flexible attitude
- Experience in SAP would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Fluency in English is a must
- At least one other European language would be a distinctive advantage (but not necessary)
