£25,000 -£30,000 depending on experience
Full time permanent role which is office based in the Hillingdon area a short walk from Hillingdon station.
Working for a successful company supporting the team and directors in the day to day running of all things administration!
You will:
- Be an experienced Administrator (2 or more years)
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Hands on and willingness to help the team
- Good working knowledge of MS office packages.
Duties of the role include:
- First point of call to answer all incoming calls & emails
- General administration, including, copying and filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Diary management
- Meeting room preparation
- Ordering office supplies
- Help organise staff and corporate events
