An Administrator is required for a small but busy manufacturing company based in Langley. Due to growth of the business an extra Administrative person is required to join the team !
Previous office experience is a must for this role and salary will reflect based on the skills and experience.
You will need to have a car due to the location of the office and this is a full time office based role.
The successful candidate will be:
- Proficient in using MS Office with the ability to pick up other systems like Sage
- Meticulous as you will be inputting orders onto the system and raising quotes
- An excellent communicator to answer the phones and emails
- Hands on - assist with keeping the office environment tidy
- You will have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Friendly, down to earth personality
