A well respected company in the north west London area are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team! This company has a great ethos and seeking those with a strong administration background and suited to a busy office environment to work within! Candidates must have high attention to detail and very reliable. Offices are based in Greenford with parking or a short 10 minute walk from the tube!
What the job involves:
- Supporting the sales team with all administration
- Working on Excel price lists
- Business forecasting
- Customer interaction
- Updating and maintaining procurement system
- Updating monthly reports
- Liaising with marketing
- Support with Key Accounts
What the job requires:
- Good PC skills on MS office packages (especially Excel)
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and a "can do" attitude
- Meticulous when checking finer details
- Team player with a sense of humour
