Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Launching campaigns across multiple platforms, including monitoring, optimizing and reporting.
Spend Monitoring: Tracking ad spend, recommending best approaches to attract premium users.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, client support, etc.) to ensure the best possible service for clients and media agencies.
Reporting: Prepare interim and final campaign reports for billing purposes.
Strategic Planning: Assist in developing strategies for new advertising opportunities and products/platforms.
Audience segmentation and targeting: Develop strategies using audience data and retargeting techniques.
Business Intelligence: Create reports to monitor campaign performance at the awareness and direct response levels.
Expert Solutions: Act as a platform solutions expert, providing solutions to meet advertisers' and agencies' business objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: More than 1 year of experience as a traffic manager/advertising administrator/media buyer/user engagement manager at an online media company, ad network or affiliate.
Understanding of Digital Marketing: Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, Yandex or MyCom: Broad experience with a variety of advertising platforms.
Prioritization and analytical skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, critical thinking and data analysis skills.
Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
English: High level of English, both verbal and written.
Experience with pixel integration and mobile app tracking: Knowledge of working with pixel tracking and integration tools.
Skills in Microsoft Excel: Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Excel or similar software.
