Title: After Sales Engineer

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00am till 5.00pm

Location: Uxbridge

Parkside Recruitment are currently looking for a After Sales Engineer for a client based in Uxbridge.

This position is a full-time, permanent position and the client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Role:

After Sales Engineer will carry out different services for products for customers, in terms of providing on site services commissioning of product, and creating the presentation.

Duties:

• Respond to technical inquiries via email/telephone.
• Investigate the units troubles and customer claims.
• Troubleshooting for customers and distributors.
• Provide responses to the customers inquiries.
• Check the drawing of project (unit/pipe/electrical installation), setting and check operational data.
• Submit reports for technical supports for site visits.
• Support MTH/MACCO after sales activities.
• Help support the operation team with improvements to spare parts delivery.
• Prepare MHI technical supports documents (in English and in other European
• languages)
• Register new products with national subsidy schemes, quality certification schemes and other country requirements.
• Business trips across Europe with a short notice will be required.
• Survey the market information for new products.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience:

• European HVAC experience
• Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting.
• experience within After Sales OR the HVAC industry.
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the refrigeration cycle, commercial refrigeration system OR VRF system.
• Must have technical and sales-based experience.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
