Job Description
- Organizing the work of the service center from the very beginning;
- Organization of service work;
- Creation of service processes;
- Representation of the company in relation to the necessary certificates/permits related to customer service;
- Key account management together with the sales department;
- Participation in installation, repair and maintenance of all types of professional equipment;
- Participation in demonstrations and trainings;
- Preparation and control of service documentation in 1C;
- Understanding customer needs and providing consultations.
