Antal Uzbekistan, based in Tashkent, has been on a remarkable journey since its establishment in July 2019. We specialize in sourcing candidates across the globe, from Europe to Asia and the CIS region.
Our expertise is reflected in successful collaborations with medium to large-sized companies in 15 different sectors, including FMCG, retail, IT, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, banking and consulting.
In our initial two years, we fostered strong partnerships with local and international giants in Tashkent. Starting in Q3 2021, we entered an exciting growth phase, increasing our consultant count from 5 to 15 in just nine months. This surge culminated in our move to our new office in October 2022.

Arseniy Kucheryuk - Head of Tashkent office
Arseniy joined Antal International in 2017. During the first years in the company the key task was to develop relationship with retail chains and lead full cycle of recruitment. In addition to experience in the agency Arseniy has worked as internal recruiter for the largest federal networks of local retailers and has the unique knowledge of the sport industry.
In September 2021 Arseniy has been appointed head of Antal Uzbekistan.
