- fCandidates rom Corporate /Consulting background – primarily consulting may have skill set
- Key expertise that the candidate should possess viz –
- Financial modelling (necessary) of Business – Infrastructure experience (good to have)
- Market / Industry Assessment (good to have)
- Financial Analysis of Balance Sheet / P&L / cash flows (necessary)
- Corporate Finance knowledge (DCF / Valuations / Financing) – (necessary)
- Business Planning / Go No Go analysis (good to have)
- Good understanding of Economic / Regulatory environment (necessary)
- Analytical mindset / Networking and Influencing capability / Presentation Skill set / Team Management (core skills)
- Strategic Planning Process (good to have)
