Our Client is large Indian Conglomerate looking for a AGM - F & A to Head the F & A function of one its Associate Companies based in New Delhi.

Qualification - Chartered Accountant with 15 to 17 years of post qualification experience

Job Purpose-

Job profile comprises improving the wealth of the investors, enabling improvement of turnover, cost control, better profitability, CAPEX control & supervision, infrastructure planning, competitive financing cost, safeguard interest of the, monitoring & supervising accounting and financing activities which includes timely completion of statutory and internal audits , cost optimization/cost controls and improvement in processes and systems, to ensure statutory & secretarial compliances, compliance of key items of Concession Agreement (CA / SHA), co-ordination with Stake holders, support on legal matters and liaising with Financial Institutions/Govt. Departments & external agencies.

Job Description-

1. Financial Closing of Books of Accounts and Audit /MIS/Fund Management

2. CAPEX Management including evaluation and approvals

3. AP and AR Management

4. Audit - Dealing with and facilitating all Audits - Statutory , Internal, Secretarial etc.

5.Tax Compliance & Budgetary controls - Ensuring Timely payment / filing and attending to notices / appeals

6. Budgeting & MIS - Own the AOP and conduct detailed Variance Analysis and ensure good quality MIS

7. Treasury & Fund Management

8. Business Support - Assist the CEO in strategic projects from time to time

9. IT interface - ERP implementation / improvisation and automation of controls

10. Strict compliance of Share Holder agreement & concession agreement signed with concessioning authority
