Qualification - CA or CS or MBA from a reputed College
Experience - 12 to 15 years - beyond 15 will not be considered

Pre- deal collateral – preparation of IM and Teasers. Non-deal-Road show presentation preparation. Public fundraise documentation anchoring.
Valuation - Develop and review complex MS Excel based financial models for valuation, project feasibility, analysis of funding requirements, etc.
Due Diligence management (Financial, Commercial, Legal): Review of DD documents
Due Diligence management (Financial, Commercial, Legal): Investor support for Data Room
Deal documentation - Share purchase Agreement, Disclosure letter etc.
Offer documents, subscription documents, Escrow documents etc.
Deal / Term Sheet Structuring
Deal negotiations
Market / Public deal analysis
Weekly / Bi Weekly MDA reviews
The successful candidate would have to be excellent in communications as will have to interact with all the Internal and External stakeholders and the advisors.
