Our client is a Conglomerate having diversified interests in Infrastructure. They are looking for an AGM - Banking (Project Financing) to be based in Goa

Job Description-

Lead the Banking, Fund raising and Receivables related activity towards achieving overall organizational efficiency in order to:

• Minimize cost of borrowings

• Financial Modelling & Capital Structure

• improve liquidity

• improve operational efficiency by preparing & monitoring a detailed Annual Operating Plan

• maintain banking relationship & networking

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Exploring avenues to reduce the interest costs

- To explore Additional funding & new financing ways for the Company for reduction in interest cost.

- Financial Modelling for new financing initiatives & existing financing arrangements


2. Improve liquidity

- Effectively Monitor and reporting of receivables

- Follow-up with commercial team and customer for early payment against invoices

3. Management Reporting

- Improve operational efficiency by preparing a detailed Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

- Support accounts team in closing the accounts books on time

- Prepare, compare (with AOP),analyze and report monthly financials figures in detail to Internal and External stakeholders

4. Credit Rating:

- Interact with international and domestic rating agencies

- Share business plan and explain the various risk and mitigation strategies

- Ensure that the ratings are sustained and not subject to variation

- Obtain limit rating and advance ratings

Qualifications

CA or MBA Finance with Engineering with 10 plus years of experience

Must to have

Project Financing Experience of about 400 crores plus

Managing Consortium of Lenders

Expertise in Financial Modelling
