Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced AGM & DGM inTalent Acquisition specializing in Sales & Business Development and Commercial/Purchase/Supply Chain Management to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting high-energy, dynamic top talent from B-Towns in these specialized fields. You will use various channels to source candidates and manage the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
- Recruit high-energy, young, dynamic top talent from B-Towns in Sales & Business Development and Commercial/Purchase/Supply Chain Management.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Establish partnerships with top international and national agencies for global recruitment.

Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

Interview Process Management:
- Prepare interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Participate in interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and facilitate candidate assessments and testing, if applicable.

Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a DGM/AGM role specializing in Sales & Business Development and Commercial/Purchase/Supply Chain Management.

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Age Limit: Candidates should be under 35 years of age.
