Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive new business opportunities and achieve annual sales targets. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and proposal coordination to commercial negotiations, order closure, delivery coordination, and post-sales support. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting. Customer & Market Management Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, consultants, designers, and other key stakeholders. Promote the company's products and secure inclusion in approved vendor lists. Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions to strengthen market presence. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming projects. Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic market insights to management.
