Job Description: Sr. Manager / AGM - Branding
Reporting To: President AMI
Location: Delhi NCR/ Faridabad
About the Role:
The Sr. Manager / AGM - Branding will be responsible for building and enhancing the company's brand identity, strengthening relationships with channel partners, and leading strategic branding initiatives. This role will focus on brand positioning, corporate communication, advertising, and engagement activities to create a
strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Management & Strategy
- Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer perception.
2. Channel Partner Engagement & Communication
- Plan and organize Get-Together Events with channel partners to strengthen relationships.
- Develop communication strategies for effective engagement with distributors, dealers, and OEMs.
- Drive brand recall initiatives through newsletters, campaigns, and digital engagement.
3. Advertising & Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (print, digital, outdoor, trade shows) to increase brand awareness.
- Manage partnerships with media agencies for ad placements and PR activities.
- Ensure a strong presence in industry exhibitions and events.
4. Digital & Social Media Branding
- Oversee the company’s social media strategy and ensure regular, impactful content.
- Manage website updates, digital PR, and content marketing initiatives.
- Drive online campaigns to engage target audiences and improve brand reach.
5. Internal & External Brand Communication
- Develop corporate presentations, brochures, and branding materials.
- Align internal branding initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Work with leadership on corporate social responsibility (CSR) branding.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or Communication.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, or Corporate Communication in the Auto Components Industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and strategic marketing.
- Hands-on experience in advertising, digital marketing, and PR.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead events, sponsorships, and channel partner engagement.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and social media strategies.
