Managing Partner Hemant is born & brought up in Mumbai. He is an Engineering Graduate with Executive MBA and has done his MDP in IIM Ahmedabad. Hemant started his career as Design Development Engineer & has worked with Sales & Marketing Teams for many years to grab Various Turn Key & Semi Turn Key contracts. He has worked with National & International Clients ‘from Budgetary Tendering to Site Installation stage, working in Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchase, QA along with Sales & Aftermarket’.
 
In the later part of his career, he took over to Plant Operations working as QA Head, Plant Head, Operations Head in MNCs to reach at VP Operations Level & to become Business Unit Head of one of the Units of Renewable Energy Listed Company & then became COO in a Listed Auto Part Manufacturing Company. During his period of 30 + years, he had opportunities to build 3 World Class Plants / Factories, one of which was built for Swedish MNC which was acclaimed as the Best Lean Manufacturing Plant in the World in that Organization, which has plants / manufacturing sites in 103 locations all over the world.
 
Hemant was involved in numerous Business Review Meetings, Company Review Meetings, Business Board Meetings, Board Meetings of Listed Companies as well as Audit Committee Meetings.

Key Responsibilities Execute Electrical & Instrumentation engineering activities for engineered-solution projects from order to delivery. Understand customer specifications and develop appropriate engineering solutions. Prepare and maintain BOMs, electrical/instrumentation drawings and engineering documentation. Release technical specifications for major E&I items with accurate and first-time-right inputs. Participate in Kick-off Meetings (KOM), project/process meetings and design reviews. Prepare and submit engineering documentation for customer approval as per project requirements. Review customer technical specifications and ensure compliance across design, manufacturing, testing and transportation requirements. Review vendor technical offers, provide engineering comments and support technical approvals.
