Hiring for the role of AGM -Corporate Finance for one of our reputed client into infrastructure sector.

Qualification : CA / ICWA/MBA

Experience : 10-12 Years

Roles :

The position will support term sheet drafting, financial modelling, preliminary review of documents and engaging with Lenders for negotiations. 

The position will also assist in financial modelling / strategy notes for the debt fund raising activities. 

1. Transaction Support including Financial Modelling, Business Analysis, Preparation of

Business cases / Presentations,

2. Term Sheet Preparations

3. Active Market Scanning to identify potential lenders / Investment Bankers

4. Initiate negotiations with lenders for opportunistic lending to Group activities.

5. Interactions with Legal Counsels for document drafting

6. Analysis of Group Financial MIS for Senior Management .
