Job Description

Leading a team of Network and IT Security Operations
Hands on experience on Next Gen Security Technologies like NGFW, IPS, System Security tools, Endpoint Security Tools, Identity Management Solutions
Ability to conduct periodic Security assessments and reviews
Knowledge of technology solution evaluation methods
Advanced experience working with network security systems
Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions to include File Integrity Monitoring and Data Loss Prevention
Knowledge of information technology trends and impact on related security procedures and processes and the current and development
Knowledge of Cloud Security processes and methodologies
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including team members, vendors and partners
Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to present and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience

Own the infrastructure security strategy for the short, medium and long term for end point, cloud and network security
Assist team to undertake regular scrutiny of the developed strategy to keep up-to-date with latest trends in the external environment and budget for changes taking place within the organization
Plan annual budgets for network, end point and cloud security and monitor expenditures
Administer security controls which safeguard access to IT resources
Perform security assessments of internal processes and systems; recommend mitigating actions
Investigate security incidents, create, and distribute related reports
Analyze existing infra and network security solutions and recommend improved solutions, including the design and configuration of various systems. Should be able to act in the capacity of a subject matter expert in this area
Liaison with different business departments with implementing and maintaining preventive security measures
Perform Assessment of existing security controls, processes, policies and procedures
Develop new or modify existing security controls, processes, policies and procedures
Offer full lifecycle support for critical end point, cloud and network security technology from ideation and strategic planning through retirement and decommissioning
Lead team in analyzing historic security related incidents and planning proactive preventive measures
