AGM/DGM – International Business (Latin America Market)
Department: International Business (Latin America)
Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of AGM/DGM – International Business (Latin America). The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing distribution networks, managing key international accounts, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives across the Latin American market.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify suitable business partners and distributors for products in target geographic markets.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and distribution channels in Latin America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.
- Manage and strengthen the sales pipeline to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Support product marketing activities and establish effective marketing communication strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends, pricing, market share, product positioning, and network coverage.
- Execute monthly retail and branding plans, including ATL, BTL, and promotional activities.
- Achieve business targets by coordinating closely with distributors, dealers, and stakeholders.
- Design and implement innovative marketing strategies for new product launches.
- Develop operational plans and sales forecasts for management review.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key accounts and strategic business partners.
- Support the setup and expansion of new business lines and product portfolios.
- Implement company pricing policies and sales strategies across vertical markets.
- Develop targeted sales campaigns for specific customer segments and product categories.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and channel partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agriculture Engineering (Preferred).
- Strong exposure to Latin American markets with proficiency in Spanish language communication.
- Experience in industries such as tractors, agricultural implements/machinery, 2-wheelers, or commercial vehicles preferred.
- Good understanding of tractor markets, agricultural technologies, international commercial terms, and payment terms.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
- Strong computer proficiency, especially in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
