Responsibilities :

• Direct & coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plants (Formulation)
• Address day to day Production & Operational / Technical issues
• Bring in Operational Efficiency / Excellence in all the plants along with
  • improvements in Output/ man hour ratios by close monitoring of permanent and contractual workforce as per daily plan
  • reinforcement of quality, MIS and EHS norms across all facilities
  • provide leadership and represent the company in all customer and regulatory agency audits
• Develop right systems / SOPs
• Oversee all levels of staff activity & performance
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Closely work with Management and ensure that their vision is being followed and executed in the manufacturing plants
• Oversee and manage engineering and maintenance operations in the plant
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (sales, finance, HR, Regulatory & Top Management) to ensure expectation management.

• Skills / Competency

• Strong Knowledge of Formulation manufacturing.

• Expert in operational areas Regulatory, Quality, GMP, EHS etc.
• Multi-functional experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Quality and Audit requirements
• Proven ability in dealing with audits
