Position: AGM Quality                                                                                    

Reports to: Plant Manager

Location: Pune

• Accountable & responsible for Plant quality deliverables including customer quality, process quality, APQP, Warranty, QMS, IPT (..) and problem solving
• Understand and exceed the expectations of customer regarding product and system Quality
• Communicate with customer and ensure satisfaction in reference to quality issue, analysis and actions to prevent failures observed in customer plant as well as in field
• Analyze and resolve Quality issues using latest Quality tools with actions on product/process / systems.
• Develop and establish Quality operating system as per customer specific requirement as per Ford Q1, VW Q capability, TATA WCQS and Mahindra MES
• Lead the efforts to achieve and maintain certification to IATF 16949, EMS ISO 14001 and OHSAS ISO 45001
• Establish and Define Quality plan to meet the customer and product requirement.
• Direct activities to develop new policies and procedure to achieve quality requirements
• Establish and sustain Quality culture in the organization and controls to prevent quality failures
• Establish and coach the usage of Quality techniques/concepts for effective root cause analysis – Fishbone diagram, 5 why, FMEA, SPC, Control plan, Data analysis etc.
• Analyze Key performance indicators, gaps and decide actions to improve
• Develop quality assurance plan by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures, monitoring inventories.
• Prepare quality documents and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, collective actions, and revalidations
• Continually improve the product and process through kaizen , Quality circles etc
