- Formulating business plans / projections in-line with organizational vision and driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments; business through Hyundai Dealers/After Market Distributors/HASC/HPSC’s/Online Business in addition to Warehouse/Logistics and Vendor Management.
- Appointment of New Distributors and setting of new Warehouses of the new Dealers/Distributors and Prompt Supplies through Effective Logistics.
- Assessing revenue potential in a particular overseas market after carefully studying and strategizing it
- Undertaking steps for accomplishment of the preset targets by carefully effectuating plans /strategies and building relationships with associations in respective countries for understanding business complexity
- Formulating business plans / projections in-line with organizational vision and driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments; business through Hyundai Dealers/ Distributors/HASC/HPSC’s Conceptualizing & implementing competitive marketing strategies for driving primary & secondary sales; developing & expanding distribution for achieving revenue & volume targets
- Coordinating for local and international transport with the approved transport companies with the aim of meeting the confirmed delivery dates of all purchase orders
- Keeping track of relevant changes in various rules, regulation and policy matters and liaising with shipping lines regarding exports and import shipments
- Performing the sales, trend, and volume analysis; conducting research on competitor products and maintaining competitive comparisons and evaluations, thereby gathering insights on shaping direction of the product
- Implementing policies and reaching out to unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion Analyzing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors' activities & providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable distribution resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share metrics
- Driving new changes and implementation of Distribution Network System (DNS) to get more data visibility which lead to better managerial decisions
- Creating and executing demand generation and account-based programs with key focus on driving sales and relationship building from assigned client accounts
- To Achieve market penetration and global product expansion through strategic business planning which
- results in a Targeted increase in revenue and profitability
