Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Candidates would be directly responsible for Managing the export & domestic operations for Fruits & vegetables.
• Manage the process flow at Pack house management, crop care, farmer relations, logistics and quality assurance.
• Monitoring hygienic condition, storage and procedures are maintained during the processing and packaging.
• Ensure that the team strictly adheres to company guidelines and policies for delightful customer experience.
• Proactively participate in setting up targets, reviewing team performance and contribute to central teams by strategic inputs and changes required for improvement.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and credibility check(s) of mandi agents / suppliers / institutions in specified regions through multiple channels.
• Suggest modes of communication and initiatives required to ensure that the companies’ policies and offerings reaches to customers namely mandi agents / suppliers / institutions.
• Be a company face in region and hence work as organizations representative for key vendors, government officials and others as and when required.
