About the Role

This role focuses on establishing frameworks and controls for responsible AI adoption. The ideal candidate brings expertise in AI governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and emerging technology ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with global best practices

• Lead AI risk assessments and regulatory compliance audits

• Collaborate with tech and business teams to embed responsible AI principles

• Monitor evolving AI regulations and ethical guidelines

• Drive awareness and training on AI governance across functions

• Review and validate AI/ML models from a risk and ethical standpoint

• Provide strategic advisory on trustworthy and explainable AI systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in risk, governance, compliance, or emerging technologies

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML systems and model validation principles

• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, OECD, NIST)

• Experience with Responsible AI, algorithmic bias, or AI ethics

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Prior experience in consulting, BFSI, or regulated sectors preferred
