Hiring for an AI/ML Consultant (CPG or Hi-Tech Domain) for a high-end start-up AI Strategy and Consulting company.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Sr Associate AIML Consultant
- Reporting Manager: Associate Director & CES
- Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Hybrid
Role & responsibilities:
- Coordinate and engage with Stakeholders, development teams to analyse and deliver Control solution.
- Take a consulting approach to understand the business problems and propose the functional/technical solutions based on industry best practices.
- Identify, analyse, and plan user stories for the developers to implement.
- Implement IT Project governance, risk management, RAID logs along with consistent and accurate reporting.
- Act as point of contact for interactions with different teams.
- Responsible for consolidating requirements in the Backlog before scoping and scaling into the detailed planning process.
Candidate requirements:
- Strong Agile project management, business analysis and solution delivery skills with strong grounding in technology and data. Previous experience of using agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, User stories etc.) is a must have.
- Experience of structured problem solving, As-Is / To-be analysis, and data analysis.
- Ability to lead project team members and contribute to the overall delivery.
- Confident and practised communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of delivering Operations’ technology solutions with the focus on process automation, KPI/KRI definitions, MI dashboards etc..
- Strong influencing skills and ability to build commitment to defined strategies and approaches.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of work and representing IT in senior management steering committees and workgroups.
