Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Specialist to join a premium hospitality group in Dubai. The ideal candidate will work on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize guest experience, streamline operations, and support data-driven decision-making across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI models for guest behavior analysis, personalized recommendations, and dynamic pricing.

• Collaborate with IT and digital transformation teams to integrate AI into existing hospitality systems (CRM, PMS, booking engines, etc.).

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, forecast occupancy, and improve operational efficiency.

• Design chatbots and virtual assistants to enhance customer service touchpoints.

• Support predictive maintenance models for facilities and utilities.

• Monitor and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, performance, and ethical use.

• Stay up-to-date with AI trends and propose innovative use cases relevant to hospitality.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).

• Experience working with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Understanding of data privacy and ethical AI practices.

• Familiarity with hospitality industry systems (PMS, POS, CRM) is a plus.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
