Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and probable applications through market research
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing requisite support, guidance and recommending solution-based application
- Identify Market demand and competitor strategy at marketplace
- Plan sales and achieve revenue, margins, and collections
- Develop and appoint the dealers and distributors to expand our reach in the market and mentoring the distributors sales force for effective functioning
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification & Certification (if applicable): B. Tech – Mechanical/Electrical
- Experience: Minimum - 4 years in sales
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using MS Office
- Communication & Language Proficiency: Good command over English, Hindi
