• Loan Documents Execution & Charge Creation with MCA
• LC Opening and Loan Disbursement
• CA Certificate for End Use of Loan
• Monitoring Bank wise loan repayment
• Tracking the Insurance Coverage
• Monitoring Bank wise, crane wise data base
• Release of cranes post loan closure
5) Internal Audit compliance
6) Monitoring BSC of Santosh, Shrikant and Rahul
7) Guidance on Process Improvement of Treasury Team
