Job Description
- Ensure that Global Supply Chain (GSC) Actual closing process is done in coordination with all related GSC functions including HQ Finance, PPO, and Market finance, and perform all analysis, checks, variance explanations, and consolidation related to Actual activities for all factories. Attend and lead quarterly inventory physical counts. Strict control in product cost through strong reporting and trend actual analysis.
- Be sure that all required submissions via systems are done according to the internal and global deadline. Make all other month-end closing entries and share them with Accounting Team to be submitted on Trial Balance.
- Actively participate in the Planning cycle to prepare all related templates/slides, roadmaps. Flow up and monitoring Free cash flow within the operation process.
- Review inventory movements and prepare all require and need analyses related to actual performance and the driver of the variance. Closely follow up and plan inventory consumption and inventory balance with related departments to seek opportunities for cost-saving.
- Contribute to achieve the factory KPIs, support continual improvement for EHS, Energy & Quality management systems, and ensure compliance with code of conduct, legal & other requirements.
