Job Description: looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site to enhance operational performance, strengthen management system implementation, and build sustainable CI capabilities aligned with the business strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Deployment: Lead the deployment of the site CI roadmap aligned with business objectives. Support the implementation and governance of management systems (operational excellence framework). Translate strategic priorities into structured improvement initiatives. 2. Process Improvement & Problem Solving: Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and improvement projects. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
