Summarized Accountability:

•  The Master Data Analyst reports to the Manager ERP Systems and is responsible for the successful expansion, design, delivery, and implementation of Master Data Management solutions to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise
• The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP MDG within the organization, as well as Master Data Management solutions supporting enterprise level initiatives. This includes working with business stakeholders to understand their needs, configuring and testing systems, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting, and continuously improving processes and procedures.
• The Master Data Analyst will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with other teams to ensure the success of SAP MDG, and future Master Data Management solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate these into functional specifications for the SAP MDG module, in addition to supporting enterprise Master Data Management solutions
•  Configure and test SAP MDG systems to meet business requirements
•  Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the SAP MDG module
• Continuously improve processes and procedures related to the SAP MDG module
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data and Analytics team to design and implement data architecture that meet the needs of enterprise data and analytics key outcomes
•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, users, and other teams
•  Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the SAP MDG module
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP MDG and related technologies

 Technical Discipline:

•  Strong understanding of SAP MDG (or comparable MDM tool) functionality and configuration
• Knowledge of modern data architectures and data management is preferred
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•  Experience working with SAP S/4HANA preferred
•  Experience with data governance and data management principles and best practices 
• Interfaces regularly with various internal and external groups

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with enterprise grade MDM tools like SAP MDG and Informatica
