THE PROJECT

My client is the digital division of one of the greatest Spanish Banking enterprises. They want you to take part on their new strategy. They have a great combination, because their huge size is not an impediment to keep working as if they were a little tech enterprise in some garage. Moreover, they are developing an international expansion in Europe and South America. You will engage in a great company which cares about its workers, making a great club of friends.

THE ROLE

As an Android Architect you will be responsible for the definition of the company apps and advising, mentoring and leading the rest of the team on the most challenging situations.  You will be making the apps compatible with third party frameworks. Adding value to the product is a must. You will be standardizing the creation of the different apps. The creation of a strategy for improving the performance of the application and CI processes will be also an important part of your job.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Seven or + years of experience of relevant experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on Android and solid knowledge of Android app development.
• Solid Experience in Kotlin & Java development.
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Capacity for optimization
• Strong knowledge for mobile and their delivery
• REST integration
• Solid Leadership skills and clear vision
• Being updated of new tendencies and market development.
• Proficient English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related.
