Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing new features for our Android TV application, improving, and maintaining the existing codebase, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the app is high-quality and performs well, and writing clear and concise technical documentation.
• Requirements for the role include a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Android app development, strong experience in Android TV development and design principles, experience with video streaming.
• Familiarity with Kotlin and Java programming languages, knowledge of software design patterns and best practices, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Skillset:

• In Depth Knowledge on Android Basic components and Use cases
• Must be efficient in Jetpack Compose Worked on at least one real time application using the same.
• Usage of Jetpack architecture Components
• Experience working on at least 1 Android TV app which is in play store.
• Knowledge on Video streaming
• Exposure to Android Ad Tech platform is a plus.
• Strong debugging Skills
• Excellent grip on App Design patterns like MVC, MVP, MVVM, MVI
• Working knowledge on Networking libraries
• Strong in Java and Kotlin
• Knowledge on Data Structures
• Usage of Debugging and Performance tools
• Efficient in writing Unit and Espresso tests.
