Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor the health and performance of the APIGEE platform to ensure uptime and reliability.
· Troubleshoot issues that arise with the APIGEE platform, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
· Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new APIs and applications into the platform.
· Maintain documentation related to the APIGEE platform, including Confluence, WIKI.
· Work with customer support teams to resolve customer issues related to the API Management.
· Continuously improve the platform's operational efficiency through automation, process improvements, and other initiatives.
· Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for the APIGEE platform.
Required Skills:
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar role providing operational support for
· Strong understanding of API management principles.
· Strong understanding of API Gateway principles.
· Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
