Job Description:

Are you a skilled Appian Developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as a Senior Appian Developer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and administering Appian-based applications, contributing to the success of projects and helping drive business process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Appian Development: Utilize your extensive Appian experience to design, develop, and implement top-tier applications, process models, and interfaces using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
2. Appian Administration: Manage on-premise Appian installations, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and reliability.
3. Process Modeling: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable process models.
4. Record and CDT Design: Demonstrate your expertise by creating and maintaining records and custom data types (CDTs) within Appian to support robust data management and reporting.
5. Integration: Work on integrating Appian with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of Appian applications to uphold the highest quality standards.
7. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of design, development, and administration processes.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and other developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Appian projects.
2. Profficiency in English language
3. Appian Certified Associate Developer certification is mandatory.
4. Proficiency in Appian on-premise installations administration.
5. Proven experience in building complex process models and user interfaces.
6. Solid understanding of record and custom data type (CDT) design within Appian.
7. Proficiency in Appian integrations and web services.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
