Overall responsibilities and duties:

The Application Domain Leader is responsible for coordinating engineering activities related to Software development for the application domain.

In detail needs to establish detailed software requirements, and architectural design and to ensure low-level design, code construction, unit testing, code reviews, static analysis and to deliver software of high-quality keeping program QCD KPIs intact.

Qualifications

Minimum education level:

Master's degree in Computer Science/ Electronics / Software engineering.

Proficient in English

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Embedded Software development for the Automotive domain
• 8+ years of experience in Team Lead/management

Skills and competencies:

Must-Have:

• Multiple project achievements in the Application domain for IVI ECUs based on Linux and/or Android.
• Very good understanding of Linux & Android architecture and framework
• Hands-on technical expertise in the Application/HMI domain for Android and Linux
• Very good knowledge of programming languages JAVA and C++
• Very good experience in using Android Studio and Android toolchain.
• Very good experience in using QT/Populous
• Very good knowledge of other domains: BSP, middleware, vehicle network, diagnostics, etc
• Experience in working with middleware libraries for Multimedia (Gstreamer, FFMPEG, LibVLC), Graphics (OpenGL), Security (crypto, cybersecurity), Bluetooth etc.
• Good understanding of Continuous build using Jenkins, Linux and Android Build tools.
• Experience in integration and validation methodologies.
• Experience in working with Git and Gerrit.
