Responsibility: 

• Review of customer enquiry documents, P& ID , specifications etc.
• Work with Product Managers to determine business needs and solutions.
• Preparing Techno commercial Proposal by proper sizing and selection of valves and actuators, assembly
• Address customer techno commercial queries and issues in a timely manner..
• Generating Installed base reports and Spare part agreement proposals.
• SPIR preparation in concurrence with sales office
• Provides technical support to Sales team
• Placing factory orders using ERP tools
• Order expediting and sales documentation.
• Provide post-sales support to customers as needed

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in application or quotation preparation. Valves experience would be preferable.
• Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of sales, Incoterms, international trade & finance requirements.
• knowledge of commercial documents as LC/SBLC/ Bank Guarantees etc.
• Experience of Finance and logistics related activities in ERP system as SAP etc.
• Experience is supporting international Sales office through a centralized support team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office / Excel / PowerPoint
• Good communication skills in English as a language, Knowledge of any European language such as German / French will be an additional advantage.
