We lead a specialised practice within Antal International focused on mid-to-senior finance talent across all sectors.
Our focus covers both core and strategic finance roles, including CFO, Finance Director, FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Internal Audit, Tax, Finance Transformation, Business Partnering, Shared Services and broader modern finance leadership positions.
What makes our approach different is a deep understanding of finance from the inside. Our work is not based on simple candidate search alone. It is built on real finance leadership experience, a strong understanding of finance organisations, and a clear view of how finance roles are evolving in today’s business environment.

TARIK BOUARFA - Managing Partner
Tarik Bouarfa is the managing partner of this specialised practice within Antal International focused on finance talent search.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in finance and business leadership across multinational environments, including senior leadership roles at Microsoft covering Africa, the Gulf and broader MEA emerging markets. Throughout his career, he has led finance teams across multiple geographies, supported major transformation programmes, driven performance improvement, and worked closely with business leaders on strategy, growth, and operational execution.
This background gives him a distinctive perspective on finance talent. He understands not only the technical requirements of finance roles, but also the leadership, transformation and business partnering capabilities that organisations increasingly expect from their finance teams.
His focus is on identifying finance professionals who combine strong fundamentals with commercial insight, transformation mindset, stakeholder influence, and international exposure.
Tarik is particularly well placed to support companies looking to strengthen their finance function, hire hard-to-find finance leaders, or access talent with regional or international experience. He is equally committed to helping finance professionals make the right career moves, whether that means returning to Morocco from abroad, stepping into broader leadership roles, or pursuing international opportunities across EMEA.
