Our client is a rapidly growing AI technology company, based in Dublin, Ireland providing software solutions for both non-clinical and Clinical Pathology. From its inception in 2017, the company has scaled rapidly to a team of over 60 people, based in 6 countries worldwide, and is projected to hit 70+ people by late 2021. The company also has US & UK subsidiaries, with plans to expand into new markets. The company has been heavily involved in R&D with several EU and national grants to drive new product pipeline development. This has been supplemented with significant investment funding from VCs and private entities to enable the company's commercial development and growth.
Role and Responsibilities
● Assist team leads with daily user support and customer IT/deployment-related issues.
● Identify opportunities to improve customer experience with the product: (Lead communication to facilitate customer feedback and troubleshooting; Help determine and prioritize product and installation defects and resolutions; Configure, maintain and update customer environments as required & Create documents and deliver high-quality training remotely and on-site).
● Interact with stakeholders to define and review customer support objectives.
● Collaborate with other teams to improve existing procedures and tools.
● Coordinate between onshore & offshore teams.
● Complete all mandatory company-wide compliance training and job-specific training required for the role, including QMS, ISMS, GxP, DocuSign, SDLC as applicable.
Required Experience for the Role:
● 5+ years of work experience in a similar solution specialist role is essential.
● Experience with programming languages (preferably Python or Java).
● Experience with web services and RESTful APIs.
● Experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and hybrid cloud solutions.
● Experience working with Quality Management Systems e.g. ISO27001 or QMS.
● Experience in agile development e.g. Kanban, SCRUM.
● Ability to work independently or as a member of a high-performance team.
● Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
● Strong language and communication skills.
Additional Experience in the following would be Advantageous:
● Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
● Experience with AWS Cloud, MongoDB Atlas.
● Experience with DirectX Graphics.
● Experience with Scanner WSI Formats and LIMS.
● Previous experience working in a regulated environment.
Education / Qualifications
● A Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field is essential.
