- Troubleshoot vault automation SW, Perform software training and Support in resolving software and IT related issues.
- Troubleshoot Material Handling SW, Perform software training and Support in resolving software and IT related issues.
- Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.
- Troubleshoot the integration between surveillance , access control systems with vault automation SW and Material Handling SW
- Troubleshoot vault automation SW, Perform software training and Support in resolving software issues.
- First Level Support for the customers by analysis of customer requests and reported problems.
- Receive, document and prioritize issue tickets from Application Software users.
- Real-time response to questions and solution of problems on Application related issues.
- Preparation of more complex problems for transfer to Second Level Support.
- Regular customer communication regarding the status of their requests and progress of their solutions.
Apply new updates & patches as per instructions provided by reporting channel
