10+ Years of experience in ARAS Innovator (Configuration, Customization and Integration) projects • 5+ years of experience required in managing the ARAS development projects • Experience in implementing the project based on ARAS Innovator API • Experience in managing the team of setting up data model of the custom solution (configuration of various Objects like Item Types, Relationships, Workflows, Lifecycle, Forms and relevant properties) • Knowledge on Subclasses, extension classes, and poly item types to make more flexible use of item types • Project implementation experience in integrating to other systems using the Aras API with federation techniques (Server side system linkage) • Be an active participant in the global PLM leadership team • Build, grow, and retain the right talent for your team. • Drive Automation/Innovation culture and include these in Day to day deliverables. • Managing the functional and operational workloads assigned to you and your team. • Layout a clear roadmap for the applications and workloads for the functional area. • Provide Metrics based reports for the deliverables on a regular cadence. • Setting goals, providing feedback, appraising performance, and helping your team develop their careers. • Providing training opportunities to your team, so they possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies to succeed in their roles. • Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning across functions and within the team.a
