Our Client is a leading residential and commercial developer. For their growing operations in Cyprus they are looking for an:

Architect (Residential Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Design verification/ review of architectural drawings.
• Audit drawings of external consultants to verify compliance with authorities and company design requirements.
• Pitching ideas and the creative vision to the client and communicating the project outline to the design team.
• Choosing the correct design elements for different projects.
• Overseeing the design projects, end to end, and monitoring the consultants to ensure they adhere to the budget and timeline constraints.
• Liaising with existing staff members, managers, supervisors, and clients in order to achieve set goals.
• Reviewing feedback from clients and making alterations according to the clients' and market needs.
• Analyzing market research to create more effective designs.
• Propose alternative design solutions.
• Prepare architectural drawings and construction details.
• Provide design and quality control support to construction management teams.
• Assist in the preparation of sales information documents.
• Communicate with external consultants to provide support and direction during the design and construction phase of projects.

Your Profile:

• Strong academic credentials in Architecture.
• Advance AutoCad 2D, MS Office skills.
• At least 7 years previous experience in a similar role in an international corporate environment.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
• Excellent knowledge of the procedures to apply and obtain planning and building permits in the various jurisdictions as well as of the laws and regulations relevant to the residential and commercial development in Cyprus.
